CJCS Video: CJ Roundhand

After I posted a popular video on how to Improve Your Cursive Handwriting, I got a number of comments asking for a sample page of my everyday writing script. Because of other projects, it took a while; but with those finished, I finally got a chance to put a video and sample sheet together.

And here’s the link the the Sample Sheet Page

I’d like to request if you could upload a video in which you show them how you actually create/construct them. Just for example you showed how you make O and Q, just like that, it’s something I’d like to adapt as well but I couldn’t. If you could show how you make each letter it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I also use fountain pens from time to time but I am usually forced to use gel or ball pen, so can the same type of handwriting can be produced using ball pen instead?

Can you please make a video where you are showing how to make each of those letters?

That’s coming. I actually was going to both introduce the script and demonstrate it in one video, but it got really long — 26 letters, upper- and lower-case, 10 numbers, and necessary information adds up quickly. By splitting them up, I think I can present it better.

Great! By the way how long is it going to take? I just love the way you write.

Thanks. Probably soon. I don’t have any other projects that are taking up large swaths of time, so when I get a few hours free to record, I’ll do it.

    How long, CJ? :(

I’ve recorded the footage. Just need a chance to edit it.

10 days passed, CJ, we’re still waiting!

Yeah, I know. I didn’t like the end result. Had to shoot it again. It should be up this week.
