Chat Time

Sometimes life gives you some really nice surprises. Early this evening I talked on the phone with Jamie* for about an hour. So what? Well, I hardly ever talk on the phone to anyone for more than a couple of minutes (a week), and Jamie is probably the one of the Scotts I talk to the least. Not for any particular reason other than our paths don’t usually cross in the normal course of events.

I always enjoy sharing company with Jamie. It’s always been easy with her. Maybe it’s a sort of first-born sympatico thing, but it just works with her. We didn’t talk about anything of any great import, just chatted. What a great way to start a week.
