I’ve written before how I’ve used DNS to help with note-taking as well as being a safety net when my carpal tunnel flairs up. Here’s a little demo showing the accuracy of DNS 12 — which is actually probably more accurate than what my fingers do when I’m tired.
Since I was dictating the demo off the top of my head, which means I was also re-reading what I’d dictated to decide if it needed immediate editing, the process was a little more stilted than if I’m just sitting back and dictating notes. In those cases I often block the screen so I don’t read it, and the words just roll out like I”m having a conversation. DNS is accurate enough that it keeps up just fine.
