10/23/08 – As with most sites that want to do e-commerce, the toughest part is the store. It certainly has been here. I come within days of putting it online and then it becomes obvious that it’s not going to do the job I want. I’m pretty sure that I have it right this time as I’m past the prototype testing and into the actual integration-so-I-can-accept-money testing.
I still haven’t firmly decided how to handle shipping. If there’s any hold up at this point, it’s that. Well..that and I’m getting on with the very time-consuming “Stolen Moment”.
My hope is to have the store up by the end of this weekend, and more certainly by November 1. Stay tuned…
