Sometimes it seems there are as many ways to write as there are writers. As our options increase, we tend to try a myriad of tools to find the combination that works for us. Some of us opt for more populist tools, others assemble an eclectic mix that others would find maddening. I sort of fall into the latter category.
Word processing software changed the world of the writer. Changes were now easy. But what about the writing craft itself? While many have tried, only now has software been developed that can truly help the writer as they are creating.
For me, the most difficult part of writing is the "what do I write next" part. When we compound that with my firm stance that there is no such thing as writer's block, just writers not willing to err, then the situation is ripe for creative conflict.
